Kenneth founded KCS Services and has served as a principal in multiple industrial ventures, including manufacturing process vessels, tanks, and modules. He has also played a key role in rubber lining applications for facility tanks, railcars, and containment systems within the acid manufacturing and industrial containment industries.
In addition to his field and manufacturing leadership, Kenneth is the holder of several USPTO environmental patents, reflecting his commitment to innovation, safety, and long-term industrial protection solutions.

Skip Clark is a Mechanical Engineer with advanced degrees in Industrial Management and an MBA. A 2004 member of Who’s Who in Business, he brings extensive experience in large-scale industrial design, manufacturing, and modular construction.
Skip’s background includes work with Avondale Industries in shipbuilding and industrial facility design. His experience spans the modular design and construction of marine vessels, electrical power plants, major infrastructure projects, and NASA launch platforms.
He served as a principal member of a design team working with Westinghouse on the development of the third-generation AP600 nuclear power plant, focusing on modularization, NRC approval efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced safety through reduced core damage frequency design.
Skip also managed modular construction of the Sidney A. Murray Hydroelectric Station, built in New Orleans and transported via the Mississippi River to its site south of Vidalia, Louisiana. He oversees sales, marketing, business development, contracts, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

Terry Locke brings over 50 years of experience in the surface restoration and protective coating of electrical substation equipment. He joined Capital Coatings in 2000 through the acquisition of Electrical Equipment Coatings, Inc., where he began his career after studying at Magnesia University in 1973.
Terry has extensive expertise in restoring and coating transformers, switchgear, breakers, bus ducts, rectifiers, and other critical electrical infrastructure. He has designed in-house application equipment, including flow coating pumps and specialized systems used in the cleaning and coating of energized and de-energized equipment.
With decades of collaboration alongside major coating manufacturers, Terry is highly experienced in the formulation and application of protective materials for electrical environments. He is well-versed in OSHA standards, industrial safety training, and holds power safety and power generation accreditations.

James Diagre has been with the electrical equipment coatings division since 1999, beginning his career with the company immediately after graduating high school. Following the acquisition of the Electrical Equipment Coatings division, he continued to advance rapidly through the ranks into supervisory leadership.
James is highly experienced in the surface restoration of transformers, switchgear, bus bar channels, and other critical electrical infrastructure. He is well versed in multiple coating application techniques, including airless spray, conventional spray, ultra-low and elevated pressure systems, as well as brush and roll applications.
He holds power safety and power generation accreditations and is certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid, reinforcing his strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
